Tracy Kay was a sales engineer at a major telecommunications company when her life was changed forever with a cancer diagnosis. She went on to not only regain her health but also to become a graduate of Matthew Kenney Academy Online specializing in culinary nutrition. She has been inspired through her experiences to share all that she has learned about getting well and staying well. Tracy is married with two stepkids and two dogs, and lives in northern Virginia

Valuable and concise

"The Wellness Mindset" is a valuable book that combines a wealth of nutritional wisdom with a variety of other recommendations for wellness. Although I've been educating myself about healthy eating for decades, this book opened my eyes to quite a few things I wasn't aware of before. Tracy Kay has really done her homework, and the evidence is in the credible and respectable sources she cites as well as her own return to health.

I'm glad I bought this book!

I have life-threatening blood blots in my lungs and in my legs. My body has to destroy the blood clots and absorb them: that's the only way to get rid of them. I's pretty obvious that my body needs all the help it can get! I heard about Tracy's book from a friend. I read in a couple hours. It's plainly written by an ordinary person who is walking the walk; not by a professional who is only talking the talk. I am incorporating Tracy's ideas into my life at my own pace. It is definitely helping me help myself. By the way, Tracy has a Facebook page. I sent her a message and she got back to me. Nice woman who really does care.
