Good ideas no tangible info

The book tells of good ideas of making revenue streams but doesn't mention any details of how to do them so pretty useless. I can write a book that says "build a website, promote products then make a percentage off the products you promote....then Go travel the world because you'll be making $10,000 per month" but 98% of people out there don't know details how to build a website, link up for affiliate marketing etc... He only created this book to make money off of affiliate marketing by linking to books, products, etc.... There's no "how to actually do what he is saying". He just says "go do this" and you'll be rich, essentially.

Really? This book will teach me how to make a million dollars? It will? Or will it teach me just to daydream about what I'll do with my free time once I magically make 1M. Yeah. Why doesn't the book teach me how to get to 1M? This book just spends the majority of the time painting a picture or trying to paint some type of picture attempting to help you figure out what you'll do with all your free time. This isn't useful. This reminds me of all those articles you read on relationships that start with painting the picture of the current situation one is in and trying to get you in the mode and mood of wanting and needing to buy the next item (whatever that is). Questions like, "What will you do with your free time? Where will you go?" are useless. So what? This book simply talks about getting organized and what Websites to go to if you need housing. I'm so drained from reading this. I'm beyond drained now.

Ryan Moran's book is about reshaping your life so you can have enough freedom from whatever binds you down to live an extraordinary life. It's about getting out from under the pressure of having too little money to be able to worry about anything else, to get you to the point where you can occupy yourself building relationships and finding fulfillment outside of just what you 'do', which doesn't have to define you.
I subscribe to Moran's philosophy, and recommend it to others. What's different about this book is that it also offers actionable advice to help you take steps out of what you current live in, if you're unhappy with it, and move in a new direction that will let you feel more happiness. It's a quick read and won't bog you down with over-analysis.
Perhaps it would have been nice to go more in depth on some of the action steps, but the book is primarily focused on the mental and emotional shift first, and then the author just points us in a few different directions and allows us to choose which one we want.
