I purchased this book cause I been following Jelena's bodybuilding career. Jelena is in perfect shape as a bodybuilder while still keeping her feminity. I was hoping this book would give me Jelena insight on diet as well as bodybuilding....it had done that and soooo much more. Every woman should read this book and hopefully Jelena would inspire you as she has for me. I now have the knowledge of healthy dieting along with workout tips and other important things that are mentioned within her book. I TOTALLY recommend it.
